• I need a visa. How does it work?

  We take care of all administrative procedures related to your visa or residence permit. Once we receive all the required documents, we check their completeness and proceed with submission to the Ministry of the Interior.

• Can a long-stay visa be extended in Madagascar?

  Yes, it is possible to extend a long-stay visa in Madagascar, provided that you submit documents justifying the request.

• How long does it take to get a long-stay visa?

  Visa processing can take between 10 and 30 days, depending on the type of visa and the documents provided. It is advisable to submit your application well in advance.

• I’m not sure what type of accommodation to book. Can you help?

  Before your arrival, we can discuss your needs: a comfortable hotel, a residence with a fully equipped kitchen... For long-term rentals, we collaborate with the real estate agency GUY HOQUET to find you the ideal accommodation.

• How does the transfer from the airport to my accommodation work?

  We work with reliable car rental services. Upon request, we arrange your transfer by reserving a suitable vehicle for your dates and preferences.

• What if something unexpected happens during my stay (illness, loss of documents...)?

  We are available to handle unforeseen situations. Whether guiding you to a doctor, replacing lost documents, or simply reassuring you, we will always be by your side.

• Do I need to settle anything before my departure?

  It depends on the services you have used. We do a quick check before your departure to finalize payments and ensure everything is clear. Transparency guaranteed!

• I am abroad, how can I pay?

  We will provide you with a secure payment link to make your payment by credit card.

• What types of payment do you accept?

  We accept payments in cash, by credit card, and through mobile payments via Mvola and Orange Money.
